"This is actually for a return. I gave my kids clothes from there for Christmas. They did not fit and was not their style. I gave them the receipt. They went to return them. The clerk was claiming the tags were not there. They clearly were, I only cut the price off. I was not happy to hear that they were not to be given cash; this was their Christmas. They walked away with a gift card that they will not be using."

"After waiting in line for roughly 10 minutes with only 3 open registers, it took another 10 minutes to complete my transaction. Put in my rewards number & cashier confirmed $10 off my purchase. The computer kept lagging, had to restart the transaction & then wouldn't accept a scan or numbers entered in on one of my items. Had to wait for another team member to read numbers over the walkie & when that still didn't work, brought a similar style item that was more expensive than what I had to purchase. They fixed that manually after I mentioned it. Continued to ring out my other items and when cashier told me my total I specifically asked if that included my $10 off because I didnt see it on the card reader display and she said yes. Paid cash and when she opened the drawer there was no money to give change. Had to wait for manager to bring money to fill the drawer for my change. Got my paper receipt & noticed NO $10 OFF. The only reason I shopped there today. Times are tough this time of"

"We had a great experience at Gordman's today! The store was very busy, as it's time for the holiday rush, but we were able to comfortably shop and got in and out in a timely manner. There was also a discrepancy with the price of the item versus what it was ringing up, but all of the staff involved took care of it quickly and efficiently. Will definitely be going back!"

The management came to the register, couldn't get it to fix correctly on the register, so she gave me 50% off all the items. It was a much better deal than the buy two/get one free clearance sale! I really appreciated it."
